Summary/Abstract: The paper explores how the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies influences organizational learning and development, focusing on the psychological and strategic conditions that enable meaningful transformation. Combining a comprehensive theoretical review with original empirical research, the study draws on 25 semi-structured interviews with experts in AI, digital leadership, and organizational development. The research reveals how AI-enabled transformation reshapes learning cultures, employee behaviours, and strategic competencies, while identifying key enablers such as digital agility, psychological readiness, adaptive leadership, and a resilient learning culture. Theoretically, the paper integrates models of organizational learning (e.g., Argyris & Schön, Crossan et al.), digital maturity, and AI readiness. Empirically, it presents patterns, challenges, and solutions derived from qualitative analysis of expert interviews. Practically, the study offers a strategic framework for embedding generative AI into learning and development systems to foster innovation, adaptability, and long-term value creation. The findings have implications for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers aiming to design sustainable AI-supported learning practices.
