Summary/Abstract: In the modern era of scientific and technological progress and intense competitive environments, digital changes encompass nearly all areas of human activity. The accelerated growth of technology leads to transformations not only in personal life but also in the functioning of companies, which are increasingly faced with the need for digital transformation of their organizational processes. Despite its significant advantages, this process can pose challenges to various organizational aspects, particularly employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a key factor in organizational success, influencing productivity, employee retention, and the creation of a positive work environment. The research findings reveal significant differences in how job content is perceived depending on employee age, organizational level, and education, as well as a strong correlation between job content and leadership within organizations.
