Summary/Abstract: The number of real estate disputes has increased significantly in recent years, particularly in the area of land ownership, where cases concerning property boundaries, ownership rights, and the validity of title deeds have become increasingly common. This trend highlights the absolute necessity for rigorous and objective judicial expertise that can provide clear and reliable evidence. In this case, cadastral data and topographic measurements play an important role in clarifying legal issues related to property. The correct and accurate use of data collected from cadastral and topographic works contributes significantly to establishing legal truth and implementing appropriate policies in the field of land tenure. The paper aims to demonstrate that, through the correct use of topographic and cadastral data, judicial expertise becomes an objective tool, capable of providing courts with a solid basis for issuing fair judgments that are in line with the reality on the ground.
