Summary/Abstract: The article continues the presentation of the collection of seal matrices belonging to the Banat National Museum in Timișoara, started in the previous number of this journal. Established at the end of the 19th century, the collection of the seal matrices comprising today about 700 pieces is extremely important for the history of the rural settlements across the historical region of Banat. During our research, we have managed to identify in the museum’s collection all the seal matrices referring to the Serbian localities across Banat: on the territory of Romania, we have identified 22 localities, while on the territory of Serbia, even 37 localities. If we gather all originally Serbian settlements both in Romania and in Serbia, in the current museum collection in Timișoara there are 120 seal matrices, grouped in 59 urban and rural settlements, all dated during the 19th century. Taking into account the political and administrative situation of Banat in the 19th century, the identified matrices can be attributed to the following territorial-administrative units: Timiș County (Hungary, Austrian Empire), Timișoara Circle (Voivodeship of Serbia and Timiș Banat, Austrian Empire), Timiș County, Torontal County, Caraș/Caraș-Severin County (Austria-Hungary), Banatian Military Frontier (German Banatian Regiment and Serbian Banatian Regiment).
