Differentiation strategy revealed a positive and non-significant moderating effect on environmental reporting and financial performance; differentiation strategy revealed a positive and non-significant effect between social reporting and financial performance; and revealed a negative and non-significant effect between corporate governance reporting and financial performance of listed manufacturing firms in Nigeria, although the result was mixed but was insignificant.
