Summary/Abstract: The modern business world is characterized by rapid technological progress, increasingly extensive globalization and demographic changes, which requires organizations to proactively and thoughtfully adapt to changing circumstances, challenges and opportunities, not only for survival but also for advancement. In such a context, human resources are a key source of competitive advantage, with the management of a multigenerational workforce becoming increasingly complex. The arrival of Generation Z (born between the mid-1990s and 2010s) into the labor market is a turning point, as these “digital natives” bring a unique set of expectations and work habits. Their formative age was marked by: economic instability, rapid technological development, massive social media, increased awareness of social and environmental issues, the Covid-19 pandemic, which shaped a generation that values individuality, authenticity, entrepreneurial spirit, social awareness, flexibility and constant learning.
