Summary/Abstract: Stress has become an integral part of every person’s life and work, so it is not for no reason that he says that only a dead man is not subject to stress. In today’s world, this is one of the most serious problems for organizations. The most common causes of stress in organizations are constant change, increased work pace, increased competition, and uncertainty about work. Increased and prolonged stress affects employees’ mental health, their performance of work obligations, and their health.
