Summary/Abstract: The importance of education for the successful integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the modern economy is undeniable, and even more so is the digitalization of vocational education and STEM training in preparing students for the digital age. The introduction and use of STEM learning is essential to develop and improve the skills in working with modern technologies needed to ensure the competitiveness of graduating students in the labour market. To meet business needs, VET curricula must integrate innovation into learning, including collaboration with businesses and participation in projects with real-world applications of AI. The report focuses on partnerships between vocational schools and businesses to create training that meets labour market needs through the use of innovative technologies with the integration of AI. Good teacher training and the creation of the necessary training resources are essential for the successful implementation of AI in education, for preparing the workforce for the future, and for ensuring competitiveness in the global economy.
