Summary/Abstract: This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence on the cognitive analysis of the information environment in tourism, focusing on the presentation and processing of official information for educational purposes. The application of artificial intelligence in analysing official data is related to accepted definitions of the main concepts in tourism and may indicate deviations in interpreting these data. Cognitive thinking in data processing and comparison of results makes it possible to identify fundamental problems in concept formulation and to eliminate defects that have been repeated for many years. The methodology, which uses a comparative analysis of the results, clearly highlights the differences and formulates recommendations for the legislator to correct basic concepts in line with international best practices. The study defines Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (CAI) as a symbiosis between natural intelligence (NI) and artificial intelligence (AI).
