Using artificial intelligence as a knowledge multiplier in educational tourism

Summary/Abstract: The study evaluates the use of artificial intelligence in creating modules to support curricula, and tests the results of programs for organised study tourist trips related to the educational process. An analysis of data processing from the information environment in tourism, related to natural and cultural landmarks, intangible and tangible cultural heritage, historical monuments, and industrial heritage sites, was conducted. The routes of programs related to educational tourism were optimised through the use of artificial intelligence, achieving optimised program implementation. The study aims to demonstrate ways to utilise artificial intelligence in processing available and complex data from the information environment in tourism and optimisation in decision-making for educational tourism.
