Summary/Abstract: In this paper, a classic analysis of the constitutive content of the crime of assault on law enforcement is carried out. The author analyzes in detail the secondary passive subject of the offense of the crime presenting the definition provided by art. 175 of the Criminal Code of the public official within the meaning of the criminal law. The crimes that are absorbed into the offense assault on law enforcement, the assimilated variant committed against a family member of the public official and the aggravated variant committed against a policeman, military or forestry personnel are presented. The paper also presents the relationship between the crime of assault on law enforcement and the crime of robbery and non-compliance with court rulings.
