Summary/Abstract: This research paper attempted to combine the Legislative and Evaluative aspects of the most significant technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to analyze their Innovations in Algeria, The descriptive and analytical methods were used and a set of results were reached namely the weakness of the legislation established by the Algerian government about technologies innovations, the lack of incentives for investors and entrepreneurs to use them, also despite the efforts and strategies aimed at encouraging digital transformation international digital indicators showed great fragility in their rates, This is why it is suggested Algeria must quickly make a number of reforms the first of which is amending the legal and regulatory framework, increasing awareness of the importance of the digital revolution, and emulating successful International models in technological boom.
