Summary/Abstract: Stress management has established itself as one of the most significant and complex challenges in the modern work environment. The dynamic nature of work processes, the continuous increase in professional demands, the necessity for constant adaptation, and the shortening of task deadlines create conditions in which employees are subjected to substantial emotional, cognitive, and physical strain. In this context, stress is regarded as a key psychosocial risk that directly affects the health, safety, and efficiency of workers. Prolonged, intense, and uncontrolled stress leads to a range of adverse consequences for both the mental and physical well-being of employees
