Summary/Abstract: Filmmaking is a deeply creative and collaborative endeavor. It unites diverse artistic professionals through a complex methodological process, aiming to collectively transform a shared vision into a unified work of art. Since the management of such a process is very complex, examples and analyses of various studies can contribute to the development of a more efficient approach to this special discipline. While diverse creative approaches thrive in the dramatic arts, there is a growing need for a more systematic management of quality throughout the entire production. This involves overseeing the entire project flow: from developing the initial idea and story, to selecting the production team, fostering strong team cohesion, and ensuring constructive interaction and cooperation all the way through to implementation. This paper analyses selected studies of two prominent film companies, correlating management theory with teamwork to identify key elements that foster a productive collective creative process. The examples of effective collective-artistic practices from the film industry are presented as a practical guide for both aspiring and established creators in the field. The first case study examines Pixar Animation Studio (Walt Disney Company), focusing on their excellent team practices in leading film creation. The second case study, Frank Films Ltd, explores the equally crucial segment of film.
