Use of gender sensitive language is closely connected with a knowledge that joining tradition roles and certain „male“ and „female“ facilities with certain sex is a social construct made by society that participates on discrimination of men and women. Using of gender sensitive language helps to reach social equality between men and women. In consequence, it could help to reach equality of treatment and chances among people.
