Summary/Abstract: Site No. 1 in Chocicza Mała was investigated in connection with the warehouse construction by APB Thor Sp. z o.o. (Gniezno). In an area of 72 ares, 20 cremation graves of Pomeranian culture were excavated, as well as 20 inhumation graves and two deposits from the early Middle Ages, and two modern houses (16th -17th centuries). The necropolis of the Pomeranian culture was entirety recognized and was used in the early phase of the older pre-Roman period. An early medieval cemetery also was entirety recognized and dated to the 11 th century.
