Summary/Abstract: Тhe development and deployment of detection and neutralization systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has become increasingly important for both civilian and military security. These systems aim to enhance airspace management, protect critical infrastructure, and prevent unauthorized drone flights. This article examines the practical application of modern C-UAS technologies, focusing on mechanisms for early detection, identification, and neutralization of UAV threats. The main objective is to minimize risks to populated areas, ensure the security of airspace around critical facilities, and optimize response times through automated and integrated systems. Specific approaches include the use of radar, radio frequency (RF) analysis, optical and infrared sensors, acoustic technologies, and artificial intelligence algorithms for data integration and classification of aerial targets. Case studies demonstrate measurable improvements, such as faster threat detection, automated interception, and a reduction in false alarms. The results show that CUAS systems not only support real-time decision-making but also facilitate long-term strategic planning through the analysis of operational patterns, UAV behavior, and emerging threats, thereby enhancing both tactical efficiency and long-term airspace security
