The Word of Peter K. Dunov Reflected in the Periodicals of His Time

Summary/Abstract: Peter Dunov is undoubtedly a significant figure in the cultural and social life in Bulgaria at the beginning of the 20th century. The books with the lectures published during his time gained wide popularity among the population. The reflection of his intangible spiritual legacy also finds its place in the periodical press. The task is reduced to a study of nine newspapers and five magazines, with the earliest recorded presence of his Word being in 1901 and latest – 1944. In achieving the set goal, a complex methodological approach was applied, including: bibliographic heuristics; systematization of periodicals; analysis of the reported information. The Word of Peter Dunov is of interest not only to his followers, but also to scientists from various fields of science
