Summary/Abstract: The article is a reflection of a female ethnologist working as a museum female educator on educational phenomenon of museums. It demonstrates how the cultural function is entangled in the complicated surroundings where it operates. The article also shows how social actors explicitly or implicitly are involved in its creation, how they define it, what they expect of it, what their declarations are in this field and how they are related to real strategies towards and in museum education.
