Service Design as a Key Element of Educational Management Strategy

Summary/Abstract: The article considers service design as the most important element of the education management strategy aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of educational institutions. The main purpose of the article is to develop a model of the educational management strategy based on service design concept, ensuring the satisfaction of participants in the educational process and sustainable development of the education system. To achieve this goal, the authors solve the following objectives: to conduct a theoretical analysis of the service design concept and identify its key characteristics in relation to the educational sphere; to study modern theoretical approaches to the development of educational management strategies; to conduct a comparative analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from different countries to demonstrate the international context in approaches to educational management; to develop an original model of educational management strategy integrating service design as a central component; to formulate practical recommendations for the implementation of the proposed strategy in educational institutions. The proposed model is focused on service orientation, paying particular attention to effective interaction with all stakeholders to improve the provision of educational services. The strategy includes stages of development, implementation and monitoring of results, offering a structured framework adaptable to educational contexts.
