Summary/Abstract: On the basis of available sources, the author presented the phenomenon of sexual crime, taking into account the sources and legal regulations in this area, referring to the evolution of the provisions penalizing sexual acts as acts prohibited by the Act during its validity. The essence of the deliberations is the evolution of the space subject to criminalization as a result of social changes and the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the development and intensification of crime, including pedophilia.
