Summary/Abstract: This study aims to contribute to the literature by identifying and evaluating the differences that occur when physical education and sports teachers exhibit ethical behavior or interpret behavior ethically. This study explored the perspectives and predispositions of physical education and sports teachers working within the Ministry of National Education toward ethical values through various demographic questions. A detailed 67- question survey was administered to 706 teachers and specialist teachers, with an average age of 25-55 and 1-30 years of experience, via online and face-to-face interviews. The study used a scale for the predisposition to ethical values and a personal values inventory as data collection tools. Data were analyzed using the SPSS package program. Analyses revealed differences in the levels of predisposition to ethical values and personal values of the physical education teachers participating in the study, both across the scale and across its subdimensions. A significant difference in the predisposition to ethical values among physical education and sports teachers based on gender was observed, favoring female teachers. This suggests that female physical education and sports teachers have a higher predisposition to ethical values. When examining the levels of predisposition to ethical values by seniority, the highest mean rank across the scale belongs to teachers with 1-10 years of seniority. When examining the levels of predisposition to ethical values by status, it was determined that the mean ranks of teachers did not differ across the scale.
