Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between psychological performance strategies and selfefficacy levels of female wrestlers. A total of 115 female wrestlers with a mean age of 21.14±3.27 years and 8.67±3.56 years of sport participated in the study. In the study, athlete self-efficacy scale and athletes' psychological skills assessment scale were used as data collection tools. The data were analyzed using SPSS. According to the analysis, it was determined that the general self-efficacy levels of the female wrestlers participating in the study were high. The sub-dimensions of the psychological performance evaluation scale were found to be above average. It was observed that the self-efficacy levels of national athletes were higher than those of non-national athletes. A significant difference was found between the “the ability to perform well under pressure” sub-dimension of the psychological skills assessment scale and nationality status. It was determined that the self-efficacy levels of the wrestlers participating in the study increased as their years of sport increased. A statistically significant relationship was found between the ability to cope with difficulties and the capability to perform well under pressure, which are the sub-dimensions of the psychological skills assessment scale, according to the years of sport. While there was a significant relationship between the age of the participants and the sub-dimensions of the psychological skills evaluation scale, there was no significant relationship between the athlete self-efficacy scale and the age variable. As a result, it is seen that as wrestlers' self-efficacy increases, their psychological skills also increase. From this point of view, it is thought that organising training programmes to improve psychological skills of athletes will benefit athletes in terms of increasing their selfefficacy, struggling against difficult situations and controlling their emotions.
