Summary/Abstract: Philosophical coaching is an important aid to personal and professional development, as it contributes to the cultivation of critical thinking, ethical reflection and self-exploration. In contrast to traditional psychological coaching, which aims at emotional well-being, philosophical coaching approaches the deeper dimension of the values, beliefs and purpose of the individual’s life. This article examines how philosophical practice can be integrated into coaching practice, while approaching the way in which the above practices promote self-awareness, ethical decision-making and deeper engagement with personal goals. Utilizing tools such as Socratic dialogue, value clarification and ethical reflection, philosophical coaching helps individuals respond to existential dilemmas and make sound and guided decisions. The role of philosophy in guidance and coaching is examined in detail, in order to document its advantages and applications in modern personal and professional development practices.
