Summary/Abstract: This article presents the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a contemporary policy of a business organization. The authors emphasize on the communication about CSR activities with organization’s external audiences as a proactive two-way beneficial approach. Special attention is paid to CSR communication models, in order to outline the possibilities of business organizations not only to provide information saturation of the public sphere, but especially with the idea of stimulating stakeholders to CSR engagement.
