From the history of the Catholic Church in the Great Werder region

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the history of the Church in the area known as Great Werder (currently the Diocese of Elblag). The text of the article was published as a supplement (insert) to Miesięcznik Diecezjalny Gdański 12(1960), pp. 1–18. This reprint has been slightly revised, with some Latin and Germanisms removed, but only to the extent that it does not affect the original Polish language of the author, who was also familiar with German culture and Latin. Corrections have also been made to the structure of the paragraphs, and the bibliographical references have been corrected and supplemented. Editors of the current edition: Bishop Jacek Jezierski and Rev. Piotr Towarek.
