Summary/Abstract: This article investigates the process of a purposeful plot code conversion of fiction in Belarusian literature of the second half of the 19th century and the conscious overcoming of the traditional narrative of a folklore tale leading to the creation of essentially new one within the framework of the Belarusian literary process of poetics. In the plot of Tralyalyonochka Bogushevich successfully implements the principle of mutual complementarity of narrative instances, significantly having deformed at the same time the type of the relationship between the status of the hero and position of the author-storyteller. It is proven that a clearly subjective selection by a personal narrator of the necessary actions and acts of the characters may give a certain status of an event to these actions and acts, emphasize or, on the contrary, dim the cause-and-effect relationship between events, strengthen or ease its polysemantism. It is also stated that a subject element and various forms of psychological introspection meant also for Belarusian literature a new possibility of forming a tradition of national narration as a prosaic statement.
