TRAINING OF FUTURE MASTERS FOR CREATING THE IMAGE OF THE DIRECTOR OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Summary/Abstract: The article reveals the problem of training future Masters to form the image of the director of a preschool education institution. It has been defined that the image of the director of a preschool education institution is a significant component of the positive image of an educational institution. Various interpretations of the concepts "image of the director of an educational institution", "image of the director of a preschool education institution" have been represented. The views of scientists on the qualities of a modern manager of an educational institution, as well as the components of his image and the mechanisms of its formation and development have been presented. The analysis of scientific publications and the experience of training Master degree students made it possible to represent our interpretation of the concepts "image of the director of a preschool education institution", "image-creating competence of the director of a preschool education institution" and the vision of the structure of the specified personal qualities. It has been revealed the essence of the formation image-creating competence of future Masters of preschool education in the process of teaching normative educational disciplines: "Ensuring the quality of the educational process in a preschool education institution", "Image of a preschool education institution" and a selective educational component – "Image of the director of a preschool education institution". Special attention is paid to the content and teaching methods of the selective discipline "Image of the director of a preschool education institution". Examples of conducting lectures and practical classes, using interactive learning technologies, tasks for independent work of Master’s students are given. It has been found that teaching of disciplines "Ensuring the quality of the educational process in a preschool education institution", "Image of a preschool education institution" and "Image of the director of a preschool education institution" in the complex provides high-quality training of future Masters for the creating, developing and correcting the image of the director of a preschool education institution, on which the positive image of an educational institution largely depends.
