Summary/Abstract: The 25th Saxon Archivtag, held on 27-28 March 2025 at the Chemnitz Technical University, was held under the motto Fachkräftemangel im Archiv – Herausforderungen, Lösungsansätze und Perspektiven (Shortage of qualified personnel in archives – challenges, solutions and perspectives). The conference, which attracted representatives from Germany and abroad, offered not only a thematically rich program, but also an opportunity to exchange experiences across generations of archivists of various types of archives.
