Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on one of the newest interdisciplinary domains that has captured my attention lately, namely Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). My approach is not intended as a thorough scientific view on this new domain, but as a warm welcome of this new science to the area of interdisciplinary fields. It can also be seen as a calling signal, addressed to all interested in assimilating the basic principles and scientific outcomes of PNI into their life and work, so as to improve their health, avoid stress and harmful emotions.
