Summary/Abstract: This article explores the potential for integrating positive psychology and artificial intelligence as complementary resources in support of the modern educational process. The focus is placed on the application of established approaches from positive psychology–including the PERMA model (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment), the concept of emotional intelligence, and practices for cultivating virtues, gratitude, and optimism–with the aim of enhancing intrinsic motivation, emotional resilience, psychological well-being, and personal development among learners. In parallel, the article outlines how AI-based technological solutions can support these processes through personalized learning, emotional recognition, and adaptive educational systems. The empirical section presents data from a survey conducted among psychology students at Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, investigating their perceptions of success and the factors that influence it. The analysis reveals that students understand success as a multidimensional construct that encompasses both external achievements and internal satisfaction, balance between personal and professional life, stable relationships, and personal growth. The results confirm the relevance of positive psychology as a foundation for educational practices that promote the holistic well-being of learners. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the need for an integrated educational approach in which technology and human- centered values act synergistically to foster sustainable success.
