On the Way to the Glory of the Altars. A Spiritual Portrait of Mother Paula Malecka

Summary/Abstract: In the history of the Church and Homeland, there is a great contribution of hidden orders, which were established in the 19th century by a charismatic monk blessed Father Honorat Koźmiński. Among those who understood the meaning of the hidden religious life is Mother Paula Malecka. As a co-founder of one of the congregations and a collaborator of Blessed Honorat, she contributed to the spread of religious and patriotic spirit among Poles, especially in the territories of Tsarist Russia. Getting to know her merits, we can clearly see the heroism of her life. This article attempts to prove that Mother Paula deserves to have her figure represented in the Church as a role model and included among the blessed and saints.
