Summary/Abstract: Employees' adherence to law and ethical values at all times in their professional and social lives, their unwavering commitment to integrity, and their commitment to responsibility are among the most important characteristics that come to mind when describing virtuous and meritorious personnel. This research aims to examine the public's perception of the values that encompass merit, ethics, and law in public administration, through the example of the martyred Minister of Customs and Excise, Gün Sazak. With his honest management approach during his tenure, his meticulous use of public property, and his merit-focused approach in staff appointments, Gün Sazak became a reference not only for his time but also for contemporary public administrators. This study, employing qualitative research methods, analyzed the frequency and context of the use of the name "Gün Sazak" alongside concepts such as "merit, honesty, law, justice, morality, and homeland" on the social media platform X (Twitter) over the past five years. It was understood that the importance placed on honesty, ethical values, and merit in professional life produces exemplary individuals who leave a mark in both social and professional life.
