Summary/Abstract: This study examines the effects of digitalization on managerial processes, financial structure, and workforce organization in healthcare institutions in Türkiye. Based on an extensive review of scientific publications, the study evaluates both the benefits of digital tools in institutional workflows and the challenges encountered during implementation. Findings indicate that digital systems improve operational speed, reduce errors, and strengthen managerial decision-making. Long-term financial gains include the elimination of archiving costs, reduction of repeated tests, and balanced workload distribution. From a workforce perspective, digitalization requires adaptation, training, and new skill acquisition. Therefore, continuous institutional support is essential. The study concludes that digitalization necessitates a holistic management approach and provides practical recommendations for healthcare administrators.
