Summary/Abstract: The issue of determining jurisdiction in cybercrime deserves special attention – it is key not only under the Convention on Cybercrime, but also a fundamental problem in international criminal law. Determining the applicable jurisdiction is crucial in order to achieve the relevant criminal liability.
