Summary/Abstract: In 2016, units from the Armed Forces were recruited to guard the state border. During the preparation of the operation, it became clear that there is no legislation for army formations to take part in such an operation. This happened again in 2020, when units from the Armed Forces were preparing to participate in the ongoing isolation-restriction measures in the country.
