Summary/Abstract: The constitution of the prosecutor as a party, guarantees his ability to exercise the powers granted to him in the administrative process. In all cases, their exercise implies full compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria and the laws, the provisions of which can only further develop them, but cannot extend them beyond the constitutional framework.
