Summary/Abstract: The subject of this scientific report is the study of the question of the impact that peremption on the enforcement actions already taken before its occurrence. In the report, in addition to a theoretical statement of the above-mentioned issue, an overview of the established case law related to the termination of the pending enforcement proceedings on the said legal basis shall be made.
