Approaches to Ensuring Stability and Post-War Recovery in Ukraine through the Prism of Multi-Level Govern

Summary/Abstract: The article outlines key approaches to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. It states that work on formalizing functional types of territories has been completed and that basic-level territories are now being assigned to specific types. It is emphasized that for all functional types there is a list of characteristics that influence their development and determine the specifics of strategic planning and the use of various development tools. It is determined that during the war, approaches to planning post-war development are transforming, and key strategic documents that determine the course of the country's recovery are characterized. Attention is focused on key changes in the economic mechanism of territorial development through the prism of multilevel governance. Prospects for further scientific research are outlined, consisting of studying foreign experience and searching for relevant tools to ensure resilience and development.
