Summary/Abstract: Mobile journalism (MoJo) is a relatively new research area. The majority of analyses represent mobile journalism as directly related to the improvement of the technological process. Convergence and network connectivity are undoubtedly the prerequisite for the existence of MoJo. However, it must be emphasized that this is a form of journalistic expression that should adhere to professional standards and ethical norms. Technologies provide enormous opportunities for communication, sharing content, collecting data and distributing it. This freedom is an exceptional advantage (compared to previous stages in the development of journalism), but at the same time it can also be an extremely dangerous phenomenon. Mobile journalism has two faces–one is the acceptable, the modern, the embodiment of the idea of free expression; and the other—the elusive, the ambitious, determined to reflect and spread news quickly, regardless of the moral paradigms of society.
