Summary/Abstract: The study examines the critical reception of some of Ferenc Fehér’s well-known poems through the interpretations of Ottó Tolnai, László Végel, Magdolna Danyi, Csaba Utasi, Imre Bori, Ferenc Kontra and others. The paper demonstrates that critics often tend to simplify the poet’s works, evaluating them primarily in terms of linguistic and visual artistic motifs, while Imre Bori and Ottó Tolnai emphasize the unique value of lyrical moments. The study interprets Ferenc Fehér’s poetry as striving for conciseness, yet deeply layered, with a world rich in natural motifs, where even the smallest phenomena and details are highly significant, highlighting the hidden interconnection between human existence and nature.
