Summary/Abstract: Alija Isaković was a short story writer, travel writer, novelist, essayist, drama and radio drama writer, television screenwriter, lexicographer and language historian, anthologist, aphorist, and editor of many editions by other authors. An exceptional individual who enriched and marked Bosnian-Herzegovinian culture in the second half of the 20th century. His creative work lasted almost six decades. On May 29, 2025, organized by the Bosniak Cultural Community Preporod, Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Bosniak Institute – Adil Zulfikarpašić Foundation, the Selected Works of Alija Isaković were presented. The promotion was accompanied by an exhibition of graphic prints by academician Mehmed Akšamija from the cycle Homage to Alija Isaković.
