Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the mediating roles of knowledge inertia and attitude towards organizational change in the effect of organizational support perception on employee creativity. The data were obtained from a mining, chemical company affiliated with a public economic enterprise operating in Turkey. The universe has 8400 employees of the public economic enterprise. The sample of the study consists of 642 participants working in the Bandırma facilities of the mentioned mining and chemical enterprise. In order to obtain data from the sample, a survey was applied to the participants using the convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed through package programs. According to the results, the attitude towards organizational change has a mediating effect on the effect of organizational support on employee creativity. According to another result, it was determined that the mediating effect of knowledge inertia on the effect of organizational support on employee creativity. Recommendations will be presented on how employee creativity can be increased, and how knowledge inertia can be minimized. This study is considered to be original since there is no research example in the literature that addresses the mediating roles of knowledge inertia and attitude towards organizational change in the effect of organizational support on employee creativity.
