PROTECTION OF THE LESSEE UNDER FINANCIAL LEASING IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEM AND LESSOR`S INACTION

Summary/Abstract: The need to write this article is dictated by practice. The financial leasing contract is a popular and frequently concluded commercial transaction, both by consumers and traders, and at the same time its regulation in Bulgarian legislation is scarce. The relations between the parties to financial leasing contracts with leasing companies are usually regulated in detail by the general terms and conditions of the latter. However, in this type of legal relationship, ambiguities continue to exist, which I seek to eliminate in this material.
