Summary/Abstract: The field of project management is experiencing significant transformation due to advancements in technology, evolving methodologies, and the increasing complexity of organizational environments. This paper explores the current stage of project management, highlighting key trends such as the adoption of agile and hybrid methodologies, the impact of digital transformation, the management of remote and distributed teams, the integration of sustainability and social responsibility, and the heightened focus on risk management and resilience. Through a comprehensive review of recent literature and industry practices, this paper provides insights into how these developments are shaping project management practices. The analysis reveals that the successful implementation of modern project management techniques requires a balance between flexibility and structure, as well as a deep understanding of the strategic and operational contexts within which projects are executed.
