Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on the educational process of a pupil with a rare congenital disease called Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. It presents the results of a qualitative study in the form of a case study of a pupil with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. The aim of the paper is to characterize the educational specifics of a pupil with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome and the forms and methods used in his education.The research results indicate that effective education for a pupil with Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome requires a structured and stable environment that provides clear routines and opportunities for the development of social skills. The use of pictograms and other visual aids is emphasized as essential for supporting communication in a pupil with the Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome.
