Summary/Abstract: In the last decades, the Romanian theater experienced a complex period in its own evolution, a "confused" stage, being, at the same time, in a continuous attempt to set its own values, to redefine itself. At the level of strategies, with implications on the form, often characterized as "histrionic", one can distinguish simultaneity, parallelism, fragmentation, repetitiveness and multiplicity, contrast, discontinuity or decomposition of the text, construction by deconstruction, the abolition of borders between dramatic formulas, in order to "signify".
