Summary/Abstract: This study investigates whether psychological resilience has a mediating role in the effect of organizational support perception on organizational identification. The population of this quantitative study consists of employees of enterprises producing goods and services in the Marmara Region. The sample of the study consisted of 583 volunteer business employees who could be reached by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire form, which was prepared by making use of the scales frequently preferred in the literature, consists of four sections as ‘Demographic Information’, ‘Perceived Organisational Support Scale’, ‘Organizational Identification’, ‘Resilience Scale’ and 26 questions. The data were collected face-toface/hand-delivered and online. Statistical analyses were performed using IBM AMOS 24.0 software. According to the findings of the analysis, perceived organizational support predicts both psychological resilience and organizational identification. In addition, a significant and positive effect was found between psychological resilience and organizational identification. In the light of all this information, it was observed that psychological resilience partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational identification. This situation shows that psychological dynamics within the organization is a fundamental dynamic in understanding the positive practices offered by the organization to the employees and obtaining positive outcomes. For this reason, it has been proved that organizational support practices are a critical instrument in the positive orientation of employees, the most important resource of the organization. The information produced in line with the findings has been interpreted and evaluated on the axis of literature and suggestions have been presented in this context.
