Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the current issues of teaching Russian as a non-native language in the multilingual cultural and educational environment of Kyrgyzstan. Based on many years of teaching experience, the authors share practical observations and describe effective methods, including project-based learning and the use of digital technologies. Special attention is paid to the formation of motivation among bilingual students, the intercultural aspects of teaching, as well as teaching professional Russian in universities. The article is intended for practicing teachers, methodologists and specialists in the field of bilingual education.
