SCIENTIFIC READINGS ON THE TOPIC OF CONTINUITY AND CHANGE IN LAW IN MEMORY OF PROF. NENO NENOVSKI (1934–2004)

Summary/Abstract: This text presents the reports delivered at the academic readings dedicated to the legacy of Prof. Neno Nenovsky and on the 50th anniversary of the publication of his book “Continuity in Law” (published by Nauka i Izkustvo). Prof. Neno Nenovsky is one of the main representatives of legal sciences in Bulgaria in the last decades of the previous century, with a major contribution to the development and reform of Bulgarian legal studies and legal education. He played an important role in conceptualising the different approaches to explaining law and constitutional justice, both as a scholar and as a member of the first term of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria from 1991 to 1994.
